Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, Aurelien has worked to reduce use of chemicals and herbicides, giving way to healthier, brighter fruit. The Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs is delicate and dry, with gorgeous floral aromatics and pure soil driven fruit. Deliciously pleasant.
