Fruit for La Combe Verte comes from volcanic clay & stony soils. Partial whole cluster and native yeast fermentation are implemented, followed by 10 months of oak aging. The final wine shows flavors of wild berries, mushroom, & forest floor, with hints of savory baking spice.
