CHATEAU HAUT SELVE GRAVES Red Blend Fermentation was 50% whole clusterIn the 18th century, this Chateau produced some of the most esteemed wines of Bordeaux. Abandoned during the 19th century, Jean Jacques Lesgourgues replanted 112 acres close to Chateau Haut Brion after clearing the land. Made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon this blend is unusually powerful for a Graves showcasing the versatility of the terroir. Intense yet well balanced from nose to finish, aromas of woodsy oak and herbs de Provence waft
