Wildflower include flowers from May through August, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
