Comes with black hard case. Weight = 9lbs, 5oz. Condition Cosmetically this guitar is in very good condition with some mild marks only (see pics). This one came from the factory with no pickguard (no screw holes present). Mostly stock except for upgraded Grover kidney bean tuners and upgraded metal output jack. Frets are in excellent condition. Very dark, beautiful wood
